Why is a webpage 404ing on my computer, when it loads fine on another computer in the network?

My husband and I have two computers networked at home, and I have no problem accessing any other webpages. For some reason, one particular website will 404 on me (using both IE or Firefox), while my husband can access it just fine on his computer at the same time. I’m completely clueless as to why this is happening. It’s not consistent either, I am able to access the website occasionally, although I haven’t seen a trend as to when I can and when I can’t. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Deleting the history and temp. internet files didn’t help. I normally only use Firefox anyways, but tried it in IE just to make sure it wasn’t a Firefox problem.

    network switch commands

Internet Explorer go to tools, internet options, delete history, and temporary internet files. Then try your page again.
