What is a good cable connection internet network?

I need to know a good cable connection internet network that i can use. I have Comcast, it used to be time warner but comcast bought them out i think. I live in jackson mississippi and the reason why i want to switch is because i am paying 44.95 and at the begginning of july, it will be 57.95. I want to ask anyone who might be getting a great deal with some other company and are getting great internet access. It will have to be cable connections.

    I think a good cable connection is time Warner because it goes fast plus we pay 4 cable, phone, and Internet all in one plus have Digital Video Recorder (DVR) 4 only $150 a month

    I would locate your local DSL provider and go with DSL. DSL is actually faster than a cable modem. With a cable modem you share a community bandwidth (Your neighborhood) which can slow down your internet connection if a lot of users are online (same issues with dial-up modems) during peak hours/times. With DSL your internet speed will always be consistent, constant, and dependable because all lines are independent until hitting the local hub at the local ISP.
