I bought SRW2048 Linksys Switch is it possible to connect my network without Switch configuration?

my server is Win 2003 so it doest have hyper terminal, please help me how to connect my network with this switch
I tried web configuring with it’s default IP 192.168.1.254 and it’s not opening…

    The default IP address of Linksys routers is 192.168.1.1. Note that this address is for the local network only. The Linksys router will obtain another, public IP address when connecting to the Internet.
