network switch tutorial
use same workgroup name and same network ip , if you are using ICS then leave the other to get the ip from ICS server
example:
Computer A (192.168.0.1) connected to internet and ICS is ON,
Computer B (192.168.0.2 ) This IP is assigned by computer A, then you can share file/folders accros the network
