I want to switch to alltel but they do not have any stores in my area but they have perfect service in my area. The closest store is 30 min away but is in a different city and are code. Can I switch to them and still keep my number?

You should be able to, as long as they have coverage in your area. Make sure the coverage is real Alltel not Alltel roaming.
If you have any other questions about cell phones check out Mobile2Mobile.

Only if they offer service your area code and not roaming. So call and ask them if they have “???” area code available on their system…then they can just take your ???-???-???? and you are all set.
If they do not offer your area code to new customers because they don’t own rights to it, you are stuck
