Is CBS the only network showing/is going to show the basketball tournament?

New York City asked: Why is CBS cutting out all the games and switching? Isn't their any other networks showing the game? Is CBS the only network that will show the entire tournament or will ESPN show some games once the tournament gets further?BRAIN
